Reasons Behind Rejection of Someone's Document

1) Payee Name Variations : If the payee name in that document and in the Adsense account are not the same. Example: In Adsense (Richard Gore) but in that document (Mr. Richard Gore) , Another Example ; In Adsense account (Mr. Sumon Khan) but in the document (Mr. Suman Khan)
Though these name variations point to the same persons but Google system will not think they are the same persons and rejects the documents.So be sure they are exactly same even in the question of a coma or full stop

2) Address writing Variations : The address doesn't match . Example: in Adsense Account (12 Rahamatganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh) but in the Documents (12 Rahamatganz, Dhaka, bangladesh)
Though this two addresses point to the same addressees but Google system will not think them alike. Note that (Rahamatganz* and rahamatganj*)

3) Barcode Problem: Some times in the documents that you submitted to Adsense for verification there may be any Bar code. If in your submitted documents contain any Barcode then don't think that Google will ignore it. Google experts also uses Barcode readers to read if there is any Barcode in your documents. So if they find that in that code the payee name or address or both don't match. Then they will reject your documents. So my suggestion is avoid those documents to send that contains Barcodes. But if you are sure that what that Barcode contains and if it contains your name or addresses or the both and they are same as they are in your Adsense account then don't hesitate just send it.

4) Insufficient Info : Another common reason is insufficient info in the sent documents to verify who you are. Google also rejects that kind of documents

What should i do to get the PIN after three requests

After you have no more request left, Google will send you a mail that there are two ways to remove PIN number restriction.
First: you can send Google your digital image of your ID card or any other document like bank statement or your bills on which your address is printed. Remember that address should be same as you have entered in your Adsense account.
Second: recheck your address and inform Google so that they can send you the PIN number again via standard air mail.

Now simply send your scanned copy of your ID card in reply to that auto email. Remember that your address should be exactly like the address you have given to your Adsense account,even if you are sending your passport or a bank statement. Because main objective behind this is to verify your address.
One more thing that if your I.D card is not in supported language than make it translated from Public Notary service. After two or three days your PIN restriction will be removed manually.
So don't worry if you are not getting the PIN number and keep working hard to maximize your site traffic to earn more.

My Personal Experience:
When I mailed Google AdSense after I lost all my chances,I got the auto email within 10 mins ,where i was told me to send the scan copy.I sent it and within 15 hours they had overridden my PIN requirement.

What is Google AdSense PIN ?
To verify your address Google will send you a PIN (Personal Identification Number).Whenever you will reach in 10$,Google will send the PIN in two days (may vary) to your payee address.
n order to become eligible to receive payments for your AdSense account, all publishers are required to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). PINs are printed on white 4.5 x 6 inch (11.4 x 15.2 cm) postcards and sent via standard mail.

You can expect to receive the pin in 2-4 weeks.If u don't receive the pin in 4 weeks,then you can apply again for the PIN.You have total 3 chances to apply for PIN after every 4 weeks.The PIN delay to reach due to bad postal situation.

Still if you don't get the PIN after your 3 chances , a red box will appear in your adsense account asking you to send your scanned ID card or bank statement to remove pin hold.

KEEP IN MIND
You'll have 6 months from the initial issue date to enter your PIN. If you have not entered a PIN within 4 months, we will replace the paid advertisements on your site with unpaid Public Service Ads. If you still have not entered your PIN within 6 months, your account will be disabled and your unpaid earnings will be refunded to the appropriate advertisers.
